14 - enacted transportation to Florida RIM “home.” Moved into the “home” while establishing rapport with the “dogs.”
13 - 50ft area RIM close to gym, eats, sleep, friends, help t/f, Fit tools ‘die’ in FL (to NC), cold Fit needs insulated pants.
13 - ideated HurryRoll scooter linkup for outdoor activity, decided to choose slides for prioritized digitization one-at-a-time.
13 - more RIM window screens possible.
13 - consider HurryRollTall for FL exercise, possible Marco over 24/7 gym I95 reinvention with health care anchor.

13 - PCP visit prep off last visit report and ended w use of ScratchPad window for MORe, perhaps review with Susan.
13 - ordered HurryRollTall for Real FL trail walk w/seat and possible scooter integration for downhill use.
13 - challenge: optimize rest and exercise and FIBER to reduce chronic pain back to 1-3 from 4-5 from couch use.

12 - no-accident dog sit lessened health from pain 1-3 to 3-4.

Quarter 01 - daily 3x500mg acetaminophen for back/hips pain1-3, couch sleep pain 3-4, return to trike rain SADNESS

13 - super tricycle ride in sun to lunch followed by several curative sleep durations, clears way to glean and scribble
13 - ordered HurryRollTall for Real FL trail walk w/seat and possible scooter integration for downhill use.
13 - consider HurryRollTall for FL exercise, possible Marco over 24/7 gym I95 reinvention with health care anchor.
:California household (no car needed):
13 - new AirBag also holds iPad and along with purse reactivation eliminates shoulder bag that traveled with bicycle. 
13 - Susan latest gives direction of no further CA visits and “get a FL ‘place’” (third family strike and OUT 20y of chase).
13 - DO NOT GIVE UP ON FAMILY exercise challenge and LOVE that is (1) respect (2) encouragement (3) challenge.
13 - CHALLENGES: pack for FL flip life, pickup garage/room, prep health visits, prep Yellowstone dogs-sit, tome scribble.
13 - slept past noon etcetera, CALM/EASE returns to the now, look to several showers for head-haircut.
12 - dogs sat with NO ACCIDENTS.
2019 - four month CA visit without RIM proves glimmer of super retirement w/o car.
