1940 — my I-self story starts here ======== 1940 — Junior, is already an in-mind FOCUSED OBSERVER thanks to being ‘alone’ [in the growth POLITICAL ATMOSPHERE of “sewer socialist” ]. As shown in pic — mother Connie with or without sister Gloria who lived one day as a ‘blue baby’ — urbanite tavern-owner-son, Senior (Rh+), shown not yet into the full stupor as a functioning alcoholic (he lived to 78y through six dry-up cures until drink made him really sick due to an exhausted liver). Connie [the “sewer socialist”] lived into her 102nd year at her retirement home — the ‘not-good-enough’ son driving cross country to visit at least yearly — until maybe 2005 when he was departing in the hallway she announced, “Harvey, I don’t think we should see each other again.” Harv, without hesitation responded, “Ma, I agree,” walking off — we never spoke again, or corresponded. Harv was the shotgun pregnancy not aborted. Yet we were the culmination of generations of what Harv labels as NO-TALK❗️The years tumbled on and on with Harv’s i-SELF as hid subconscious driving force certainly NOT laced by his parochial education as a latch key kid. The best mother Connie could do in her circumstance. Harv was left tp his own devies in getting on in his life, yet they could be loosely described as a family of two. 1961 splintered off into marrtage with Elaine. Connie coping with retirement alone but focused on a retirement home for her future. Harv looks to his future as a SEWER SOCIALIST.

2002 — Mother Connie and son Harv danced their lives together under the auspices of life-long NO-TALK parochialism, to whom she relegated Junior’s education and a life style basis. NOTE WELL — NO MALES SURVIVE FOR THE OLD-AGE PARTYING❗️ From youth on Harv UNBELIEVED MANY TEACHINGS and TRADITIONS.

2025 — looking ‘into’ his ‘magic-window’ iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard connected to “in-car home” internet, Harv jokingly laughs, (when he can get his keys LIT all-the-time🤥) — Harv laughs at his EXTERIOR SELF while at his daily-picnic-in-the-county-park [he is now TRESPASSED there 😕] — HARV is forever curious of his INNER SELF related to world-wariness via his curated “FREE” CHOICES. Local-yokel modernity-reality — if Harv does not behave he takes responsibility for his own chosen life-way — continually adjusting as he has perceived being trespassed from many places by many individuals — Harv respects them all, although he moves on his life-time path-way.

Before Harv’s INNER SELF study seriously took over his whole-hour lifetime interest. Harv had his “chasing-family’ lifetime-phase — well worth the time spent, but that chase was not the crux for KNOWING HIS SELF (his two preliminary SELF-keyword's are ALONE and TWEAK — perhaps MINIMALISM is another). 26 - second night of sound sleep (flat and not flat) after steps’ days of 3000 5300 2800 1200 evidence of no exercise.

26 - late last week biggest dump this month follows Lax tweak and water bottle return.  Closed week 25 too soon.
26 - prior to 1200 steps the gymnastics of flat sleep revival over last two weeks debilitated Harv’s walk ability.
26 - as fast as a few days of bit actualization came, days of tired ensue a day of 700 steps.
26 - flat sleep has lapsed a bit but resolve is still there.   Several nights of good sleep experienced.  Longer durations.
26 - engaged PharmD for a half hour over BP drop in recent months with increase in dizziness maybe dehydrated.
26 - concluded caffeine withdrawal recently via no sodium soda w/ no caffeine caused dizziness thus caffeine back.
26 - lost WellCare health card and reordered with new PCP included.
