26 - replaced yet another computer case and ideated elastic organizational support for pockets, water bottle re-added.

:Health:      Rest consumes some days entirely.    Caffeine elimination caused substantial dizziness increase.

26 - visit New Smyrna Beach for wave walk? Last week ends with 2800 step day as current record high.
26 - late last week biggest dump this month follows Lax tweak and water bottle return.  Closed week 25 too soon.
26 - prior to 1200 steps the gymnastics of flat sleep revival over last two weeks debilitated Harv’s walk ability.
26 - as fast as a few days of bit actualization came, days of tired ensue a day of 700 steps.
26 - flat sleep has lapsed a bit but resolve is still there.   Several nights of good sleep experienced.  Longer durations.
26 - engaged PharmD for a half hour over BP drop in recent months with increase in dizziness maybe dehydrated.
26 - concluded caffeine withdrawal recently via no sodium soda w/ no caffeine caused dizziness thus caffeine back.
26 - lost WellCare health card and reordered with new PCP included.
